Terms & Conditions of Service

General Terms Applicable to All Services

1. Scope of Agreement: Nexum Education Private Limited provides assurance only for the services explicitly listed in the signed service agreement or invoice. No verbal commitments shall be binding.
2. Payment Schedule & Dues: All payments must be made as per the agreed milestone schedule. Nexum Education Private Limited reserves the right to pause services for outstanding dues.
3. Maximum Liability Limitation: In all cases, Nexum Education Private Limited's total maximum liability shall be strictly limited to half (50%) of the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
4. Arbitration & Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed in New Delhi under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
5. Several Obligations: Both parties agree that obligations are several and not joint. Neither party is liable for the acts, omissions, or delays of the other.
6. Client Confirmation: The client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, and scope of services before making any payment to Nexum Education Private Limited.
7. Terms Modifications: These terms and conditions are subject to change. Updated terms will be published on this official web page with the latest revision date.

🎓 PhD Admission — Scope of Services & Terms

Scope of Deliverables:

• Entrance exam guidance and management in the first stage.
• University admission support and fee coordination (University Programme Fee for 3 years).
• Appointment and management of research guides as per the university's registered list.
• Research topic selection — 3 to 4 topics provided with briefing based on the research field.
• Synopsis preparation, presentation (PPT), and submission for approval.
• RDC (Research Degree Committee) meeting coordination at the university — research approval.
• Coursework completion support: class attendance, internal exams, and passing requirements.
• Assignment preparation, submission, and approval.
• Complete 225-page thesis research work — preparation, review, and approval.
• Article writing and publication in nationally and internationally approved research journals.
• Seminar and conference attendance coordination — national and international.
• Research thesis presentation and Viva Voce preparation.
• Printouts of thesis, synopsis, summary, assignment, and plagiarism report.
• Thesis evaluation coordination for external examination.
• Viva Voce scheduling and preparation support.

Specific Terms & Conditions — PhD Admission:

• Nexum Education Private Limited provides timely completion of the PhD programme as per the agreed timeline in the service agreement and subject to university policies.
• Nexum Education Private Limited shall not be liable for delays caused by regulatory authorities (University, UGC, NAAC, etc.), acts of God, pandemic, government action, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• PhD course completion is subject to UGC guidelines and university rules — the university is the ultimate evaluating authority. Any changes in guidelines must be adhered to by the candidate.
• Any additional requirements beyond the standard agreed scope will attract extra charges, quoted in advance.
• Nexum Education Private Limited will provide documents that are ordinarily provided by the university. Documents outside the university's purview are not our responsibility.
• If any delay or negligence occurs on the candidate's part, it may impact the timeline, service cost, and university-imposed charges.
• Nexum Education Private Limited is not responsible for the authenticity of documents provided by the client. Any financial or legal liability arising from document issues shall be borne solely by the client.
• In the event of a year/s extension due to the candidate's delay, the candidate must pay the university's annual extension fee plus Nexum Education Private Limited's additional service charges.
• Token amounts / seat booking charges are strictly non-refundable.
• In all cases, total liability shall not exceed half (50%) the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

📝 Thesis Writing — Scope of Services & Terms

Scope of Deliverables:

• Complete thesis writing support from literature review to final submission.
• Research methodology design and guidance aligned with university standards.
• Data collection support, statistical analysis, and empirical interpretation.
• Chapter-wise drafting: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
• Plagiarism check and report (Turnitin/iThenticate) to meet university requirements.
• Formatting and referencing as per APA, MLA, Chicago, or university-specific guidelines.
• Synopsis preparation and submission.
• Feedback incorporation and revision support up to the agreed number of rounds.
• Presentation preparation for thesis defence (PPT and notes).
• Viva Voce mock sessions and preparation guidance.

Specific Terms & Conditions — Thesis Writing:

• Thesis writing services are provided strictly for advisory, guidance, and research consultancy purposes, in compliance with the client's academic institution's ethical guidelines.
• The final quality of the thesis is subject to the client's timely inputs, data, and feedback. Delays in providing required information will impact the timeline.
• Nexum Education Private Limited does not guarantee acceptance or passing of any thesis by the university — final evaluation rests solely with the university.
• Revision rounds are limited to what is agreed in the service contract. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
• All research content produced remains confidential under NDA and will not be shared with any third party.
• Token amounts / seat booking charges are non-refundable.

🏛️ Honorary Doctorate — Scope of Services & Terms

Scope of Deliverables:

• Eligibility assessment and profile evaluation for Honorary Doctorate.
• University shortlisting and programme recommendation based on the client's field of contribution.
• Nomination dossier preparation — biography, citation, supporting documents, nomination letter.
• University liaison and nomination submission.
• Communication management between the client and the conferring institution.
• Convocation arrangement — physical or digital ceremony coordination.
• Academic regalia coordination.
• Press kit and recognition documentation.

Specific Terms & Conditions — Honorary Doctorate:

• Nexum Education Private Limited facilitates the Honorary Doctorate process but does not guarantee conferment. The final decision rests exclusively with the conferring university.
• The Honorary Doctorate is awarded in recognition of professional achievement and is conferred by our partner universities. It is not an academic degree requiring coursework or examination.
• Any university-specific fees, ceremony charges, or travel costs are to be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.
• The process timeline is subject to university schedules and administrative procedures, which are beyond our direct control.
• All client information submitted as part of the nomination must be accurate and truthful. Nexum Education Private Limited shall not be liable for rejection arising from incorrect information.
• Token amounts / seat booking charges are non-refundable.

📖 Book Publication — Scope of Services & Terms

Scope of Deliverables:

• Manuscript evaluation and structural feedback.
• Professional editing and proofreading.
• ISBN registration support.
• Cover design brief and coordination.
• Publisher identification and submission support.
• Self-publishing coordination (Amazon KDP, Notion Press, or similar platforms).
• Book promotion strategy consultation.
• Digital and print edition coordination.

Specific Terms & Conditions — Book Publication:

• Nexum Education Private Limited facilitates book publication but does not guarantee acceptance by any traditional publisher — final decision rests with the publisher.
• All content in the manuscript is the intellectual property of the client. Nexum Education Private Limited does not claim any rights over the published work.
• Publication timelines vary based on the chosen platform and publisher. Nexum Education Private Limited is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
• Printing, distribution, and platform fees are to be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Token amounts / seat booking charges are non-refundable.

✍️ Biography & Profile — Scope of Services & Terms

Scope of Deliverables:

• Comprehensive professional biography writing based on client-provided information.
• Personal and professional achievement documentation.
• Content structuring for professional use — LinkedIn, website, press kit, book jacket.
• Up to 2 rounds of revision based on client feedback.
• Final proofreading and formatting.
• Short-form bio (100–150 words) and long-form bio (500–1000 words) versions.

Specific Terms & Conditions — Biography:

• All content in the biography is based entirely on information provided by the client. Nexum Education Private Limited is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of facts supplied.
• The final biography is the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
• Revision rounds are limited as per the agreed scope. Additional revisions will attract extra charges.
• Nexum Education Private Limited will maintain strict confidentiality under NDA for all personal and professional information shared.
• Token amounts / seat booking charges are non-refundable.
